Thrive Tribe knowledge provided by Thrive Tribe, collects your information for access to our platform. Your data will be used to register interest and access training. - Who do you get my data from?
We get your information from self-registration directly onto our website and outreach/ marketing sign ups, where we collect your data with your consent. - How does data protection law allow you to use my data?
The personal data we use for you is Name, Email address and organisation details. When using this information, the legal basis we use is consent. - Do you share my information with anyone?
We share your information with Outlandish Cooperative Limited who will process your data. Thrive Tribe have a contract in place with Outlandish. - Does any of my information get sent outside of the UK?
Yes. However, your information remains inside the EU. - How long do you keep my information?
We will keep your information on our system indefinitely to ensure we can maintain required operational service levels – unless a valid reason has been agreed by all involved parties for deletion or removal. - What about my rights under Data Protection law, how can I activate them?
Under Data Protection law you have the right to:- Be informed how your data is used (which is what this leaflet is doing).
- Access to your information.
- Rectification of errors.
- Erasure (in certain circumstances).
- Restriction of processing (in certain circumstances)
- Objection to processing.
- Data Portability.
- Understand whether profiling or automated decision-making is being used (see Section 9).
